Senior Power Automate Developer

We are looking for a skilled Power Automate Developer to design, develop, and maintain automation workflows that streamline business processes across the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop), Power Apps, and integration with Microsoft 365 services.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop)

• Develop and enhance Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) to support business applications

• Integrate automation solutions with SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Dataverse, and external APIs

• Create and maintain custom connectors for third-party integrations

• Refactor and optimize existing flows for performance and maintainability

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Implement data validation, error handling, and logging in automation workflows

• Support deployment, testing, and troubleshooting of automation solutions

• Follow governance and security best practices for Power Platform solutions

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop) and Power Apps

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and relational data modeling

• Experience integrating with Microsoft 365 services and REST APIs

• Basic scripting skills (Power Fx, JavaScript, or Python)

• Understanding of RPA concepts and process automation best practices

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure Logic Apps or AI Builder

• Knowledge of Automation Anywhere or other RPA tools

• Familiarity with DevOps pipelines for Power Platform deployments
