Senior Node.js Developer

We are seeking a Senior Node.js Developer to contribute to the creation of a sophisticated iGaming platform leveraging cutting-edge web development technologies.

Please note that working from the EPAM office in Gdansk five days a week is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop the in-house platform
• Integrate 3rd party APIs
• Create and implement new features from the ground up

Requirements

• Knowledge of JavaScript and ECMAScript 6 standards
• Background in Node.js and Nest.js with 3+ years of commercial experience
• Skills in web development with 5+ years of commercial experience
• Proficiency in working with high-load SQL or NoSQL databases
• Expertise in REST, GraphQL, and WebSockets implementation
• Understanding of the TDD principles and qualifications in writing tests
• Familiarity with microservice architecture principles
• Competency in using the GIT version control system
• Proficiency in RabbitMQ and Redis

Nice to have

• Background in CI/CD, Microservices architecture, and Containers with 2+ years of relevant experience
• Skills in Kubernetes
• Expertise in Nats
• Proficiency in TypeScript
