Senior .NET Developer (CIAM)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer with experience in CIAM and Entrust to join a project for our client operating in the public sector.

In this role, you will focus on migrating from the on-premises Ping CIAM solution to the Entrust CIAM platform, including the full migration of customer data and business rules, as well as designing and delivering integrations with ServiceNow and other dependent systems. You will play a key role in configuring and developing downstream integrations with the Entrust CIAM platform, working closely with Solution Architects, Business Analysts and client technical representatives in a Scrum-based environment.

The position involves hands-on coding, integration and collaboration using tools such as Jira, Confluence and potentially Azure DevOps for code management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the migration of customer data and business rules from Ping CIAM to Entrust CIAM

• Design, develop and configure APIs and integrations between Entrust CIAM, ServiceNow and other systems

• Design and implement digital service solutions using ServiceNow PSDS

• Configure workspaces, develop custom case types, workflows using Workflow Studio, playbooks, actions, flows and build user-friendly public portals

• Develop integration solutions with external systems like Revenue Services

• Work with Microsoft Azure Services such as Azure Functions, Azure Blob Storage, Azure Key Vault, Azure Durable Functions and Azure Table Storage

• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts and client technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions

• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and contribute to Agile delivery using Jira and Confluence

• Utilize Azure DevOps for code management and CI/CD pipelines as required

• Ensure secure, efficient and scalable identity management and integration solutions

• Troubleshoot and resolve integration and migration issues

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in .NET and C# development

• Proficiency in APIs and system integration

• Background in CIAM platforms such as Entrust or Ping

• Experience with Microsoft Azure, ServiceNow and Azure DevOps

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools including Jira and Confluence

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Fluency in English

Nice to have

• Experience in public sector digital transformation projects

• Knowledge of secure data migration practices and modern authentication protocols
