We are seeking a Senior Linux System Engineer to join our Onboarding Services team.
You will engage with various business applications, providing support related to records management and electronic archiving while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. This role requires working from the office in Wroclaw 2-3 days a week.
- Provide guidance and support to business applications requiring archiving
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements
- Manage technical setup process and deployment across testing environments
- Coordinate with teams to resolve product issues and environment disruptions
- Respond to technical assistance queries and requests in a timely manner
- Experience in banking environment with knowledge of banking processes
- Proficiency in UNIX/Linux systems
- Expertise in REST API and SQL database management
- Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder communication
- Familiarity with digital archiving technologies
- Experience in coordinating integration processes
- Understanding of best practices in data management
- Background in records management
- Capability to document processes and troubleshooting steps
