Senior Java Full-stack Developer with ReactJS

We are seeking a Senior Full-stack Developer skilled in Java and ReactJS to join our global data management technology team.

You will contribute to enterprise-wide data initiatives, ensuring compliance and enhancing business value through innovative solutions.

This position offers a hybrid work model with 3 days onsite in Wroclaw or Krakow and the opportunity to collaborate across international teams. Join us to develop impactful features and grow in a stable, low-attrition environment.

Responsibilities

1. Develop full-cycle applications within an agile framework
2. Design and implement new features using Java and ReactJS
3. Adopt best practices for software design, development, and maintenance on projects of varying complexity
4. Analyze and modify existing applications to improve efficiency, testing, and monitoring
5. Collaborate with global teams across Poland, Switzerland, India, the UK, and the US
6. Support enterprise data management initiatives including governance, lineage, and quality monitoring
7. Contribute to reducing operational costs and enhancing compliance through technology solutions

Requirements

1. Strong skills in Java and ReactJS with at least 3 years of experience
2. Proficiency in TypeScript and Redux
3. Good command of English for effective communication
4. Solid understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies
5. Experience in full-stack application development with a focus on backend and frontend integration
6. Analytical and problem-solving abilities for complex software challenges
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a globally distributed team environment

Nice to have

1. Knowledge of DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines
2. Familiarity with Python and Groovy scripting languages
3. Experience with SQL databases and REST API development
4. Understanding of cloud computing platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure
