Senior Java Developer

Join our team as a Senior Java Developer and help shape a suite of applications that power the Securities Clearing & Settlement systems.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with Operations to deliver global solutions for diverse and challenging business needs. Our team is deeply committed to continuous improvement, constantly enhancing the development process and driving efficiency through automation.

This role offers a hybrid model, allowing you to work three days a week from our office in Kraków.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Continuous Integration processes to ensure fast feedback cycles

• Drive initiatives towards achieving Continuous Delivery

• Collaborate within the team through practices such as pair programming

• Apply Agile principles and work effectively in a Scrum environment

• Promote Software Craftsmanship by striving for quality and efficiency through automation

• Engage in continuous learning and development by participating in internal Hackathons and Developer Meetups

Requirements

• Strong Java programming experience (4+ years)

• Experience with Hibernate

• Clean coding and refactoring skills

• Great problem-solving ability

• Experience with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum

• The willingness to strive for continuous improvement

• A profound appreciation for testing and experience in writing all levels of tests

• The craving for learning and the disposition to share knowledge and collaborate
