Senior GoLang Developer

We are looking for a Senior Back-End Developer with deep expertise in Golang to join our team.

This role focuses on designing scalable microservices, enhancing back-end performance, and seamlessly integrating cloud infrastructure. You will collaborate within a cross-functional SME team and take ownership of delivery, reliability, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality microservices and APIs

• Deliver secure and scalable solutions for back-end systems

• Optimize SQL and PostgreSQL databases for performance and reliability

• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions and Jenkins

• Implement containerized workloads with Docker and Kubernetes on AWS

• Automate infrastructure management using Terraform and build cloud-native applications

• Monitor and resolve infrastructure and production issues with a focus on reliability

• Collaborate with the client’s team during knowledge transfer/onboarding efforts

• Work cross-functionally with front-end engineers and other back-end developers

• Demonstrate flexibility in acquiring TypeScript/React skills as needed

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in back-end development with solid expertise in Golang

• Proficiency in AWS services, containerization with Docker, and Kubernetes orchestration

• Competency in Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform

• Strong foundation in SQL databases and PostgreSQL, including database optimization

• Expertise in CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions and Jenkins

• Familiarity with Agile workflows such as Scrum or Kanban

• Problem-solving skills to debug and troubleshoot complex backend or cloud-related issues

• Upper-Intermediate English language proficiency (B2)

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AWS Compute and S3 services

• Background in DevOps best practices

• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and advanced SQL functionalities
