Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Java+ReactJS)

Join EPAM as a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Java+ReactJS) and become part of a long-term technology partnership supporting a leading financial services client in the US wealth management sector. You will work within a managed-capacity model, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver and maintain innovative technology solutions for investment, advisory, trading and digital client engagement platforms. The client team builds and supports front-to-back components, including web front ends, back-end services and integration layers, all designed to enhance the digital experience for wealth management clients.

You will contribute to a large-scale, multi-stream technology engagement in the US wealth management domain. The project covers investment, advisory, trading, digital client and marketing platforms as well as corporate and institutional advisory services. Our teams operate in an agile BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) model, ensuring stable delivery capacity and close integration with client stakeholders in both the US and Poland.

This role requires daily presence at the client's office in Wroclaw (5 days of work from the office).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust backend services using Java, Python, Rust or Node.js

• Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces with React

• Architect and deploy cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure

• Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform

• Orchestrate and maintain containerized applications with Kubernetes

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions in an agile environment

• Ensure the scalability, security and performance of applications

Requirements

• Very solid practical experience and knowledge in Java, SQL and Spring Boot

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced agile environment

• Expert-level experience in at least three of the following technologies: Java, Python, Azure, Kubernetes, TypeScript, React, Rust, Node.js

• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks

Nice to have

• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

• Background in financial services or wealth management domains

• Skills in problem-solving and communication

• Experience in distributed international teams
