Job description

We are looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer (Angular + Java) to join a team responsible for building and evolving systems critical to data center development planning, including supply chain coordination, timeline tracking, and supplier relationship management.

You will play a key role in delivering new features and refining existing ones to improve performance, usability, and efficiency. The role involves ~70% frontend work (Angular), but strong Java backend skills are mandatory.

You'll work with modern technologies in a collaborative, Agile environment that values continuous improvement, clean code, and engineering excellence. Our team supports complex, data-driven operations with a direct impact on business continuity and infrastructure planning.

This position follows a flexible hybrid model, with work taking place from the office in Kraków, Wrocław, or Gdańsk.

Responsibilities

  • Build a scalable and high-performance platform used by external customers to develop the next generation of applications and solutions

  • Write clean, maintainable code for frontend (Angular) and backend (Java) application layers

  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and impact

  • Adopt a proactive, autonomous approach to delivering results aligned with business goals

  • Build trust and alignment with stakeholders through clear communication and timely delivery

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience developing and integrating software through full system implementation life cycles (i.e., analyzing, designing, implementing, building, testing, and supporting)

  • 3+ years of hands-on Java development experience

  • 2+ years of hands-on JavaScript or TypeScript development experience

  • Proficiency in Angular development

  • Strong self-management and prioritization skills

  • Excellent English communication skills, with experience in client-facing interactions (developers communicate directly with stakeholders)

Nice to have

  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including deploying and managing cloud-based applications

  • Knowledge of Jasmine for unit testing JavaScript applications

  • Familiarity with Karma as a test runner for automated testing in frontend development

  • Solid understanding of SQL, including writing queries and analyzing relational data

We offer

  • We gather like-minded people:

    • Engineering community of industry professionals

    • Friendly team and enjoyable working environment

    • Flexible schedule and opportunity to work remotely within Poland

    • Chance to work abroad for up to 60 days annually

    • Business-driven relocation opportunities

  • We provide growth opportunities:

    • Outstanding career roadmap

    • Leadership development, career advising, soft skills, and well-being programs

    • Certification (GCP, Azure, AWS)

  • We cover it all:

    • Participation in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan

    • Benefits package (health insurance, multisport, shopping vouchers)

    • Strategically located offices featuring entertainment and relaxation zones, table tennis and football, free snacks, fantastic coffee, and more

    • Referral bonuses
