Senior Full-Stack Developer (Java with React)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer (Java with React) to join our Integration Team and drive the development of a new collateral platform.

This role involves building a comprehensive collateral workflow for Asset Management, covering client onboarding, margining, asset settlement, and reconciliation. The position follows a hybrid model, requiring 3 days per week working onsite at the client's office in Wroclaw or Krakow.

Responsibilities

1. Write and test high-quality, maintainable product development code
2. Apply core and advanced Java and front-end concepts to design and deliver business solutions
3. Participate in or lead code and design reviews with peers and stakeholders to ensure architectural best practices
4. Review and provide feedback on code written by team members, ensuring adherence to guidelines and efficiency standards
5. Triage and resolve platform issues by analyzing their root cause and impact on operations
6. Collaborate with team members to clarify vague requirements and prevent assumptions that may hinder development
7. Debug and optimize application performance to align with business and technical objectives

Requirements

1. Enterprise-level application development experience for 5+ years
2. Must have experience with Java 8 / 11 / 21
3. JavaScript and React/Redux, with capability to consider candidates experienced in TypeScript
4. Experience with Spring Boot and Hibernate
5. Background in Unit Testing and Integration Testing using Java testing frameworks
6. Sound understanding of CI/CD pipelines and processes
7. Proven ability to apply core and advanced Java programming concepts
8. Expertise in writing unit tests with comprehensive coverage
9. Ability to write and optimize intermediate-level SQL queries
10. Proficiency in clear communication and effective problem-solving

Nice to have

1. Knowledge of Kafka
2. Familiarity with Azure cloud services
3. Skills in containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
