Senior Full-stack Developer (Java+Angular)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer (Java and Angular) to join our team in building the Reporting Analytics Hub, a new microservices-based application built with Spring Boot and Angular.

The project is for a leading global financial institution, focused on delivering innovative digital solutions for internal analytics and reporting. You will work with an existing codebase as a foundation, adapting and extending it to meet evolving business needs, including multi-tenancy and enhanced security features. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with stakeholders, translating business requirements into robust technical solutions.

This role offers a hybrid model, with 3 days per week working from the client's office in Warsaw, Poland.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal customers to gather and analyze business requirements

• Translate requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and high-quality code

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable microservices using SpringBoot and Angular

• Adapt and extend the existing codebase to support multi-tenancy and other new features

• Ensure compliance with security and governance standards

• Participate in architectural decisions and code reviews

• Present solutions and moderate discussions with stakeholders

• Foster a collaborative, customer-oriented team environment

  
  

Requirements

• University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Computer Science or related field

• 5+ years of experience in Java development

• 3+ years of experience with Angular and Spring Boot

• Around 3 years of experience in the banking sector and advisory roles

• Strong experience in application architecture, authentication, and authorization patterns

• Solid understanding of security and compliance governance

• Excellent coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Proven relationship management and communication skills

• Experience in web development and programming/application development

• Demonstrated teamwork, emotional intelligence, and self-motivation

  
  

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-tenancy architectures

• Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices

• Knowledge of additional frontend frameworks or backend technologies

• Certifications in relevant technologies or project management
