We are looking for a Data Engineer with expertise in the Google Cloud Platform stack to join our Data Practice and make our team even stronger. Our client is an innovation leader in the semiconductor industry, primarily focused on manufacturers of chip-making equipment.
It is a fully remote position offering you the flexibility to work from any location in Poland, whether it's your home or one of our well-equipped offices in Gdansk, Katowice, Krakow, Lodz, Warsaw, or Wroclaw.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement data pipelines using Spark and GCP cloud-based data stack technologies
- Maintain data quality and ensure governance across data processes
- Manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) utilizing Terraform
- Oversee and optimize CI/CD workflows for data pipelines
- Collaborating with business partners to review and discuss functional and non-functional requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3 years of experience with Python and SQL
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and experience with GCP (BigQuery, Cloud Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage)
- Data pipeline design and implementation on Spark
- Experience with CI/CD processes for data pipelines
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
