Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Define and frame business problems, clarify ambiguity, and establish measurable outcomes

• Challenge assumptions and uncover implicit needs

• Translate needs into clear, testable requirements (functional and non-functional)

• Drive stakeholder alignment and influence decisions

• Leverage AI tools and prompt-based workflows to support analysis and documentation

• Create specifications such as user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria

• Perform data analysis to support decisions and validate assumptions

• Collaborate with engineering teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders

• Comprehend system behaviour, data flows, and architecture

• Manage scope, risks, and dependencies to ensure project success

• Support testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to guarantee solution quality

• Maintain ownership of domains while adapting to evolving project needs

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, with demonstrated success in diverse projects

• 1+ years of hands-on experience working with AI tools or AI-driven solutions

• Background in requirements elicitation and stakeholder facilitation

• Proficiency in Agile (Scrum, Kanban) or Waterfall methodologies, including familiarity with Scrum Master responsibilities

• Competency in diagramming techniques such as UML and BPMN

• Knowledge of UX/UI principles, estimation methods, and testing practices

• Showcase of practical use of LLMs, prompt engineering, and understanding AI/ML fundamentals

• Understanding of data flows, APIs (REST, JSON), and ability to articulate key AI concepts such as Agentic AI and AI feedback loops

• Proficiency in requirement management tools like Jira, Confluence, and Miro

• Familiarity with data analysis and validation methods

• Strong analytical thinking combined with structured problem-solving skills

• Capability to influence stakeholders in complex environments and drive clear communication in technical and business contexts

• Flexibility to work independently and in hybrid or office-based setups

• English language proficiency at B2+ level

Nice to have

• Background in Engineering or Computer Science

• Experience with AI integrations or solutions via APIs

• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., Python, Databricks)

• Understanding or usage of data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau

• Relevant certifications such as BA, Scrum, or Product Ownership

• Ability to work effectively under pressure in scope-controlled environments

• Showcase of discovery or pre-sales expertise
