Salesforce Technical Architect

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the integration and implementation of Salesforce CRM with external systems.

This role focuses on maintaining data integrity, designing scalable architecture, and delivering optimized solutions in the telecommunications domain. The candidate will guide large teams of developers and technical professionals to ensure the successful delivery of solutions aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to developers, consultants, and technical teams, driving the technical vision for system integration, data integrity, and scalable solutions

• Design and develop core architecture for complex Salesforce-based solutions

• Produce and maintain architecture designs used as references for testing, documentation, and training

• Advise on Salesforce best practices and ensure adherence to platform standards and out-of-the-box capabilities

• Collaborate with client managers and technical teams to align IT strategy with organizational goals and stakeholder needs

• Promote adoption of new frameworks, tools, and architectural best practices across technology departments

• Analyze technological trends and propose innovative solutions to enhance system architecture

• Oversee technological risks, support decision-making with stakeholders, and ensure smooth transition from design to operational solutions

• Deliver ongoing enhancements, system maintenance, optimization, and refactoring

Requirements

• Proven experience in Salesforce technical and solution architecture

• Track record of leading large technical teams and delivering complex projects in telecommunications or similar industries

• Strong expertise in designing integrations between Salesforce and external systems

• Experience in process transformation and optimization

• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and enterprise design patterns

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant, System Architect / Application Architect or equivalent credentials)

• Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions

• Ability to perform under pressure with a proactive, structured approach

• Strong communication skills in English (B2+), enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at various seniority levels

Nice to have

• Experience with document generation or CLM tools (e.g., Conga, DocuSign)

• Additional Salesforce Consultant or Architect certifications
