    We are seeking a dynamic leader willing to develop for Python Discipline Manager in Krakow. The person in this position would be responsible for building, developing and managing Python competency in a given location. The leader will oversee our 40+ person Python development team.



    Responsibilities

    • Manage the organization unit according to defined goals and strategy
    • Grow and develop talents, focusing on skill enhancement and team expansion
    • Oversee hiring processes in collaboration with Talent Acquisition
    • Represent Python skillset in front of internal and external clients
    • Promote collaboration, continuous learning, and excellence
    • Mentor team members, supporting their technical and organizational growth
    • Ensure technical oversight on key projects for compliance with standards


    Requirements

    • Software engineering background with strong technical knowledge (preferably in Python)
    • Experienced in organization building and scaling
    • Able to run an organization of 30+ people (preferably 50+)
    • Strong skills in team-building, mentoring, and conflict resolution
    • Excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to develop others and grow and find leaders
    • (Optional) Experienced in hiring and staffing
