Training journey

The program is divided into four progressive stages, guiding you from the fundamentals to advanced SAP tools:

• Stage 1 – Selective phase (2 weeks) 

Kick off your journey with a welcome session and a full overview of the training plan. Over the next two weeks, you’ll cover introductory topics and complete hands-on tasks. To move forward, you’ll need to pass a knowledge check and interview with a recruiter.

• Stage 2 – Core training (~2 months, ~15 hrs/week) 

Gain access to the SAP S/4 HANA system, work on an individual project, attend Q&A sessions and get continuous support from our trainers via chat. To progress, you’ll present and defend your project.

• Stage 3 – Deep dive (~2 months, ~15 hrs/week) 

Enhance your expertise through webinars, practical assignments and further project development. Regular Q&A sessions will support your growth. Advancement depends on your project quality and technical interview performance.

• Stage 4 – Advanced practice (~2 months, ~15 hrs/week) 

Tackle deeper topics in SAP, sharpen your skills through webinars and finalize an individual project. You’ll continue receiving expert guidance during scheduled Q&A sessions.

What is required for training:

• English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
• Basic understanding of Object-Oriented Programming

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with RDBMS and SQL
