    Ready to gain real-world experience and boost your front-end skills? Join EPAM’s Front-End Mentoring Program – a hands-on, two-month learning journey designed to prepare you for the tech industry.


    Details

    This exclusive program blends self-paced study with group mentoring, giving you flexibility along with expert guidance. You’ll learn from EPAM professionals working on high-impact projects while building a strong foundation in modern front-end development.


    By participating, you will gain:

    • Mastery of core front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
    • Practical experience with modern frameworks: React or Angular
    • Skills in algorithms, data structures, OOP and databases
    • Exposure to real-world engineering best practices
    • Direct support through mentoring calls and Q&A sessions
    • Insights into industry workflows and expectations

    After completing the program, top-performing participants may be invited to continue their learning journey, based on skills, performance and available opportunities at EPAM.

    Learning format

    • Duration: ~2 months
    • Commitment: ~20 hours/week
    • Access to self-study materials and practical tasks
    • Regular online Q&A sessions with EPAM mentors


    After completing all modules and passing a technical assessment, you’ll have a final interview with an EPAM expert. Top performers may be invited to continue their journey at EPAM, based on skills, performance, and available opportunities.


    What is required for training:

    • English level: B2 or higher
    • Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
    • Strong knowledge of algorithms, OOP, data structures and databases
    • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

    Nice to have:

    • Basic familiarity with TypeScript, ReactJS, Angular, or NodeJS

    • This training is for citizens of Poland and specialists who have relocated to this country for permanent stay.

    • Active participants of trainings available on the сampus.epam.com platform and EPAM Systems Company Employees are not allowed to register for the training.
