Automation Tester in Python

We are seeking an Automation Tester skilled in Python to join a team developing an AI-driven investment ecosystem that transforms the investment process with intelligent and transparent solutions.

This role involves building and automating tests within a full-stack AI-native platform. You will play a key role in enhancing test coverage and quality assurance practices for a cutting-edge quantitative investment platform. Responsibilities

• Automate testing across functional, integration, and non-functional areas using AI agents such as unit testing and API test agents

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines with quality gates for code quality, performance, and security

• Utilize AI-driven test strategies and synthetic data to speed up test validation

• Maintain traceability and audit logs of test outcomes to support compliance requirements

• Collaborate with development teams to validate code and support test-driven development

• Monitor test execution and optimize processes using observability and analytics tools

• Contribute to continuous improvement of test frameworks and automation workflows

  
  

Requirements

• Experience of at least 2 years in quality assurance automation, including AI-assisted testing environments

• Proficiency in Python test automation frameworks such as Playwright and PyTest

• Competency with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitLab for test integration

• Knowledge of web service and API testing methodologies

• Understanding of generative AI fundamentals and experience with AI testing agents

• Background in financial platforms and time-series data validation

• Ability to design test strategies, measure coverage, and perform defect triage in agile settings

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2+)
