Adobe Commerce Cloud Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and deliver scalable Adobe Commerce Cloud projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and deadlines
• Advise on best practices and optimize the performance of Adobe Commerce Cloud solutions
• Stay up to date with evolving Adobe Commerce Cloud technologies and trends
• Report progress, challenges, and milestones to stakeholders in English

Requirements

• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers
• Experience in fostering a culture of best practices, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• In-depth technical understanding and hands-on experience with Adobe Commerce Cloud
• Familiarity with customizing and implementing Adobe Commerce Cloud solutions for different business requirements
• Experience working with various Adobe Commerce Cloud SaaS services, tools, integrations, and functionalities
• Practical experience building and optimizing APIs using GraphQL within an Adobe Commerce Cloud environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for daily collaboration and clear documentation
• Ability to convey technical ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• English language skills at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• Knowledge of modern eCommerce trends and tools
• Experience with third-party service integrations or plugins within Adobe Commerce Cloud
