We’re hiring a DevOps with Full Stack Developer to build, ship, and scale our products. Fast.

You’ll work side by side with the founders, engineers, and product minds who live and breathe getting things done.

This will be a job where you will be challenged and pushed while also well rewarded financially, through stock option plan as well as this can be a foundational experience for the candidate to build a future company.

You will be given the opportunity to build and ship rapidly with significant ownership. A very unique opportunity for a person who is at the earlier stages of the career and is looking to get experience of building a startup company rapidly from experienced founders who already built a company from 0 to millions of ARR.

This is not a place for someone who is looking for a more established, corporate job with well defined product specs, a roadmap established for the next 3 years and slow process of shipping once a month a new update. What You’ll Do

• Build from the ground up – Play a foundational role in developing and launching a new product that’s redefining how companies approach compliance.

• Be responsible for AWS Cloud platform deployment and security practices

• Own the full product lifecycle – From architecture and development to deployment and feedback loops, you'll be responsible for shipping high-impact features end-to-end.

• Prototype and iterate fast – Work closely with the founding team to rapidly prototype, test with customers, and improve based on real-world feedback. You'll be in the loop with users — not just writing code in a vacuum.

• Contribute to real decisions – Participate in product discussions, sprint planning, and retros that actually influence direction — your voice will shape what we build and how we build it.

• Drive engineering excellence – Help define and evolve our technical stack, engineering culture, and best practices as we grow.

• Work across the stack – From backend logic to frontend interfaces, you’ll touch every layer of the product and learn fast.

Who we’re looking for

• 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer (bonus if you’ve already worked in startups).

• Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js + React or similar framework).

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).

• Comfort working with APIs, integrations, and microservices.

• Basic security best practices and testing mindset (unit, integration, e2e).

• DevOps mindset – you care about deployment, monitoring, and scaling just as much as coding.

• Startup DNA: proactive, resourceful, willing to wear many hats, and not afraid of uncertainty.

• Good communication skills (English required).
