Senior Project Manager

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with the company’s quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan, initiate, and oversee the successful execution of projects from inception to completion.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and monitor financial performance.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure alignment and progress.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Track project performance, prepare detailed reports, and present updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
• Facilitate project meetings and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in IT or related fields.
• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum).
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing large, cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to present to senior leadership.
• Proficient in project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices (JIRA, Trello).
• Experience in negotiating with vendors and managing contracts.
• Fluency in English language.

Nice to Have:

• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance practices.
• Experience with digital transformation projects or in managing projects in specialized areas such as software development, infrastructure, or cybersecurity.
