PHP Developer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled PHP Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable and high-performance web applications using PHP and related frameworks. This role involves developing efficient backend solutions and collaborating closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration. 

MD rate: 13300 - 16600 PLN

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using PHP. 
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs with front-end applications. 
• Collaborate with front-end developers and designers to implement user-facing features. 
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability. 
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. 
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues. 
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment. 
• Ensure the security and integrity of applications through best practices. 

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong proficiency in PHP (preferably PHP 7+ or 8). 
• Experience with at least one PHP framework, such as Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter, or Zend. 
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design principles. 
• Experience with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MariaDB. 
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git. 
• Knowledge of RESTful API development and integration. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
• Good communication and teamwork abilities. 

Nice to Have:

• Experience with front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. 
• Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks such as Vue.js, React, or Angular. 
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Redis. 
• Experience with containerization tools like Docker. 
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Bitbucket Pipelines. 
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. 
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like PHPUnit or Behat. 
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies. 
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla.
