As our project portfolio rapidly expands, we need a Senior DevOps Engineer / Software Architect - someone who can not only build and optimize infrastructure but also shape the architecture of modern, cloud-native applications.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with a strong architectural mindset - a professional who thrives at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, automation, and software design.

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Can take ownership of technical architecture and DevOps strategy across multiple projects.
• Has experience in designing and optimizing scalable, resilient cloud environments.
• Understands both infrastructure as code (IaC) and software architecture best practices.
• Can act as a technical leader, advising teams on architecture, DevOps automation, and cloud security.

What We Expect

• 5+ years of commercial experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and technical architecture.
• Proven ability to design cost-effective, scalable, and reliable infrastructure that supports business growth (from PoC to production).
• Expertise in containerization using Docker.
• Strong Kubernetes experience (cluster deployment, scaling, security, and production management).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps).
• Deep knowledge of MS Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform (preferred) or Pulumi.
• Experience in setting up and managing monitoring & observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).
• Strong scripting/automation skills in Bash, Python.
• Solid understanding of networking, security best practices, and compliance in cloud environments.
• Ability to make high-level architectural decisions that align with business goals.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on reliability and scalability.
• Fluent English communication skills (B2+ level) – we work mainly with english speaking clients.

Nice to Have

• Experience with hybrid cloud or on-premise infrastructure.
• Background in migration projects (on-prem to cloud, or cloud-to-cloud).
• Experience leading technical discussions and mentoring engineers.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and API design.
