We’re expanding our team and looking for an AI Engineer who brings a mix of solid foundations, curiosity, and a drive to grow into a well-rounded expert. If you’ve dabbled across the AI stack and want to go deeper while working on high-impact projects - this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Depending on the project, you might:

• Build and fine-tune machine learning models for natural language, vision, or behavioral data.

• Explore ways to translate messy or abstract input (like text descriptions or human behavior) into structured insights.

• Work with vector embeddings, transformers, or foundation models to support innovative AI-driven applications.

• Collaborate with senior engineers to optimize and deploy models in production.

• Learn fast and contribute across the stack—from experimentation to deployment.

• Whether it’s helping food companies understand how people describe taste, or analyzing chess strategies for high-level players, you’ll be solving problems that don’t yet have a clear blueprint.

What We Expect

• Programming: Strong Python skills, especially with NumPy, Pandas, and scikit-learn. Basic understanding of performance bottlenecks.

• Deep Learning: Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow in building and training models.

• Foundational NLP: Familiarity with Transformer-based models, fine-tuning, embeddings, and prompt engineering.

• Deployment: Comfort with Docker and version control (Git); familiarity with cloud environments is welcome.

• Mindset: You may not know everything, but you're hungry to learn, ship code, and become an all-around AI engineer.

Nice to Have

• Some exposure to LLM serving frameworks (e.g., vLLM, Hugging Face Transformers, etc.).

• Basic knowledge of quantization, pruning, or knowledge distillation.

• Experience integrating AI features into production systems.
