We are looking for Zscaler Engineer/ Architect

Introduction & Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Zscaler Operations Engineer/Architect to join our client’s global Zscaler Product team within Cloud & Corporate Cloud Infrastructure at Global IT Operations (GITO). This role requires a solid background in Zscaler, strong communication skills, and extensive experience in network protocols and cybersecurity. 

Main Responsibilities:

The core responsibility of this role is to ensure the performance and security of the Zscaler infrastructure, while implementing and managing Zscaler features effectively.

- Ensure the implementation, stability, performance, and security of our client’s Zscaler infrastructure and features.

- Monitor and optimize Zscaler performance to minimize downtime.

- Implement and manage new features and infrastructure changes.

- Design and deploy new solutions in the cloud (MS Azure and AWS).

- Respond to escalated alerts and incidents in a timely manner.

- Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations and processes.

- Participate in agile execution and design discussions.

- Collaborate with external operations teams to ensure smooth operations.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree 

- Relevant certifications (Zscaler, CCNA, CCNP, ITIL).

- In-depth understanding of Zscaler, ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX.

- Solid understanding of network protocols, VPN technologies, and cybersecurity.

- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).

- Excellent problem-solving capabilities.

- Experience with incident handling in ServiceNow.

- Time management and analytical skills.

- Ability to prioritize effectively.
