WS Client Administrator

Job Description:

• Packaging of applications based on German installation instructions
  Driver integration and packaging
  Creation of installation instructions for software packaging including compatibility tests
  Consolidation of software packages /version control
  Terminal server image development
  Citrix publishing creation, modification and deletion
  Citrix Provisioning
  Administration of a hybrid workstation environment
  Testing of applications and support of application owners
  Creation of authorization groups in the Active Directory as well as in the management tool
  Handover of software packages to the customer
  Creation of SCCM task sequences and collections
  Integration of installation/de-installation packages into the installation routine
  Optimization of installation and de-installation processes
  Automation of software installations, independent of source type
  Mapping of logical links
  Creation and development of report automatisms
  Test logging
  Testing and monitoring of application tests/acceptances and support of the application owner
  Interface function and support of the respective customer test center
  Consideration of interfaces to other systems (WAP Portal, Orchestrator)
  ITIL compliant handling of incidents
  Operation of various order management tools

Key Requirements:

• MECM project experience
• Good experience in Citrix terminal service
• Powershell programming
• ASG CloudShaper, NSIS
• Experience with App Deployment Toolkit and task sequences developments/workflows
• Experience with current client Windows 10 and server operating systems Windows 2012, 2016 and 2019
• Operation of job management tool Service Now
• Good written and spoken German language skills due to permanent customer contact

• Knowledge of compliance, regulatory, general and security requirements in the banking environment
• High willingness to communicate
