WMS (Warehouse Management System) - Hybrid 3x a Week

Introduction & Summary:
We are seeking an experienced professional in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to join our WMS SQUAD. The ideal candidate will possess effective communication skills, a strong ability to manage time and priorities, and a focus on results. Adaptability for travel within Portugal and hybrid work is essential, with in-office attendance required three times a week.

Main Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of WMS functionalities.

• Utilizing SQL to query databases for data extraction and analysis.

• Identifying and translating business requirements into clear specifications.

• Maintaining and prioritizing the backlog of functionalities.

• Monitoring WMS performance and implementing efficiency improvements.

• Participating in testing phases for new functionalities to ensure compliance with requirements.

• Communicating effectively in English.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience with WMS systems.

• Strong database knowledge, particularly in SQL.

• Proficient in requirement management.

• Experience with backlog management.

• Expertise in monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Participation in testing and validation processes.

• Fluency in English.

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in a logistics environment.

• Knowledge of project management methodologies.

• Understanding of business processes and system integrations.

Other Details:
The position is hybrid, requiring attendance at the office three times a week, with occasional travel for business needs within Portugal. Candidates should be prepared for a dynamic environment focused on optimizing warehouse operations.
