Windows Engineer
Introduction & Summary
We are seeking an experienced Windows Engineer to join our innovative technology team. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge automation technologies and contribute to our platform's continuous improvement through modern DevOps practices. Ideal candidates will possess strong technical skills, particularly in Power Shell and configuration management tools such as SCCM and Ansible, alongside expertise in Windows server platforms.
Main Responsibilities
This role encompasses a variety of core duties focused on automation and system support:
Design and implement automation processes using CI/CD technologies and procedures.
Explore and integrate AI technologies for self-healing platform capabilities.
Create comprehensive documentation for automation processes and procedures.
Collaborate effectively within our SAFE SCRUM framework.
Provide advanced troubleshooting and system administration support.
Drive innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
Key Requirements
High proficiency in Power Shell and other relevant programming languages
Extensive experience with configuration management tools, particularly Ansible
Strong experience working with JIRA, Bamboo, Confluence, Bitbucket(Atlassian suite), Ansible Tower, Packer, Windows Server
Strong documentation skills
Experience working with SCRUM.
Nice to have knowledge and experience
Knowledge from the financial sector and experience in similar Windows development roles.

Other Details
This position is hybrid in Warsaw, Poland (2 days per week in the office), and is expected to operate within a SAFE SCRUM environment. Experience within SCRUM/Agile methodologies is required. The role may involve remote work flexibility depending on team needs.
