UX/UI Design Support (m/w/d)
Summary: The role focuses on providing senior UX/UI design is primarily aimed at enhancing service and product design through an end-to-end approach. The designer will be responsible for driving the design process independently while ensuring stakeholder alignment.
Main Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire design process from discovery and research to final deliverables.
Conduct user journey and process mapping.
Lead design conceptualization and user evaluation tasks.
Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain communications.
Participate in regular meetings such as dailies, planning sessions, and sprint ceremonies.
Facilitate onsite workshops and working sessions.
Key Requirements:
Extensive experience as a Service/UX/UI designer.
Proficiency in managing end-to-end design processes autonomously.
Fluent in English.
Ability to travel for onsite sessions and workshops.
Compliance with DT policies regarding working location.
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of German language.
Experience with UX/UI Accessibility annotations.
Familiarity with using AI tools in the design process.
