UX Engineer (Flutter)

Summary: We are seeking a skilled UX Engineer with a focus on Flutter, capable of taking ownership of UI implementation and ensuring UX fidelity for Flutter-based products across mobile, desktop, and embedded platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing the design system effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

• Implement production-grade UI in Flutter for various platforms (iOS, Android, Web, Desktop).

• Transform Figma-based design systems into scalable and reusable Flutter widget libraries.

• Maintain thematic consistency regarding typography, spacing, color, and motion across products.

• Enhance and sustain Flutter UI foundations in accordance with Product Design.

• Guarantee accessibility, responsiveness, and performance at scale.

• Collaborate directly with Product Design on interaction models and UX quality.

• Integrate frontend with backend APIs and system services.

Key Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Flutter & Dart with experience in production shipping.

• Proven background in implementing design systems in code (components, tokens, variants).

• Experience working closely with designers and design systems.

• Ability to convert Figma libraries into maintainable Flutter architecture.

• Solid foundation in UX principles: layout, hierarchy, interaction patterns, accessibility.

• Experience with state management solutions (Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, or equivalent).

• Experience in REST/GraphQL integration.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

• Experience in developing embedded applications.

• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for Flutter.
