USER VALIDATION TESTER

We are seeking a User Validation Tester to join our team, dedicated to ensuring that our markets are properly supported while our development team, TL, and PO actively respond to market needs. This role is crucial for providing dedicated support, allowing team members to concentrate on their primary responsibilities.

Main Responsabilities:

As a User Validation Tester, your core duties include:

• Prepare and share UVT environments and access with markets.

• Provide clear UVT guidelines, test scenarios, and validation checklists.

• Act as the primary point of contact during the UVT window.

• Triage reported issues and raise correction tickets if required.

• Proactively flag risks to go-live due to pending validations or unresolved blockers.

Key Requirements:

• Strong communication skills to liaise between teams and markets.

• Experience in validation processes and guidelines.

• Ability to create detailed reports and documentation.

• Proficiency in identifying and triaging issues effectively.

• Familiarity with risk assessment related to go-live processes.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in QA functional roles.

• Knowledge of testing methodologies.

• Familiarity with product launch processes.
