Job Title: UI Designer

Introduction & Summary:
We are seeking a senior UI designer with extensive experience in e-commerce, particularly with luxury or premium brands. This role requires exceptional storytelling abilities, strong stakeholder management, and mentorship skills to elevate UI expertise within the team. The ideal candidate will possess a refined aesthetic, critical interaction design capability, and a solid understanding of product development processes.

Main Responsibilities:
The primary duties revolve around enhancing our UI landscape, ensuring a premium aesthetic is maintained throughout our digital storefront. Key responsibilities include:

• Contribute to the evolution of our UI language, emphasizing premium craft.

• Strengthen storytelling for Key Fashion Moments (such as seasonal launches and designer collaborations).

• Mentor designers to enhance their UI skills and provide clear guidance on visual quality.

• Collaborate with product designers, developers, product managers, and key stakeholders.

• Bring trend awareness and visual inspiration grounded in premium design principles.

Key Requirements:
Candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Experience in e-commerce with luxury or premium brands.

• Strong UI design capabilities with an eye for pixel-perfect work.

• Proficient in interaction design, including flows, transitions, and micro-interactions.

• Familiarity with agile or product-led environments and design systems.

• Demonstrated leadership skills in creative contexts.

• Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities.

Nice to Have:
Additional expertise in the following areas is advantageous:

• Experience with cross-platform design patterns.

• Ability to provide taste-driven feedback and mentor junior designers.
