Test Manager
Job description
We are looking for an experienced Test Lead / Test Manager to take ownership of end-to-end testing across complex business systems. The role focuses on planning, coordination, and governance of testing activities to ensure solutions are ready for release.
You will work closely with project teams and stakeholders, align test approach and scope, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure clear structure across SIT, E2E, and regression testing.
Responsibilities
Plan and lead testing activities across multiple functional areas
Align test scope, strategy, and quality goals with stakeholders
Confirm readiness of configurations, developments, environments, and integrations
Coordinate and allocate test resources across teams
Define test scenarios, test data, and reusable test assets
Prepare detailed daily test plans and manage execution
Track and manage defects, risks, and dependencies
Define and agree exit criteria for SIT and E2E testing
Identify and manage regression test scope
Report progress and issues clearly to stakeholders
Key Requirements
10+ years of experience in software testing and test leadership roles
Solid experience with test planning, scoping, and test analysis
Experience leading testing in ERP or large enterprise system landscapes. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is beneficial
Background in Retail, Sales, or Finance domains
Strong understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies
Experience with test automation at coordination or strategy level
Understanding of system integrations and data flows
Exposure to performance, load, or stress testing
Experience working in agile delivery environments
Ability to work close to the business and communicate clearly with stakeholders
