Test Manager
Summary:
The role of the Test Manager is to oversee end-to-end testing processes in CRM applications, ensuring that all deliverables meet high-quality standards through strategic planning and effective leadership.

Main Responsibilities:
Define Test Strategy: Develop and maintain comprehensive test strategies aligned with project goals.
Plan Test Activities: Create detailed test plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
Monitor Progress: Track testing progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
Master Test Plan: Own and maintain the master test plan for all phases of testing across all teams.
Peer Review of Test Cases: Ensure quality and coverage through peer reviews of test cases.
Coordinate E2E Regression Testing: Manage end-to-end regression cycles across integrated systems.
Coordinate E2E UAT: Facilitate User Acceptance Testing and ensure smooth execution.
Training: Provide training and guidance to QA team members and stakeholders.
Best Practices: Promote and implement testing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Requirements:
9+ years of experience in test management.
Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
Expertise in test planning, execution, and reporting.
Knowledge of automation and performance testing concepts.
Experience with SAP applications and CRM - D365 applications.
Nice to Have:
Experience using MIRO for collaboration and planning.
Experience with Azure DevOps for test management.
