Test Lead with mutual fund trading expertise in Lumera

About the assignment:

We are looking for a Test Lead with deep expertise in mutual fund trading specifically within Lumera.

The assignment involves ensuring that the fund execution functionality meets both technical and business requirements through well-structured and well-documented test cases. A key focus will be to elevate the organisation’s ability to write, structure, and manage test cases in Jira (XRAY) through hands-on coaching, collaboration, and practical guidance.

We are currently implementing a new Lumera core system, and one of the main challenges is that internal teams understand fund trading, but not how fund trading works inside Lumera. The Test Lead will therefore play a central role in bridging this gap: initially by writing and executing test cases themselves and, as competence grows, by coaching others across the business to take ownership.

In this role you will work closely with Lumera specialists, test automation engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure that test cases are fit for purpose, structured for automation, and aligned with the overall test strategy. The organisation already has a Test Lead, Test Strategist, and automation capabilities in place, but additional expertise is needed to build out the structure, clarify flows, and strengthen the test process within the Lumera implementation.

For this assignment the resource needs to act as the expert from day one.

Requirements:

·         Deep experience of Lumera and its fund trading module.

·         Strong experience in writing and managing test cases in Jira (XRAY) or similar test management tools.

·         Proven ability to teach and coach others through hands-on, practical guidance.

·         A strong understanding of how test cases should be structured to enable automation.

·         Swedish and English
