Main Responsibilities:

As a Test Coordinator, your core responsibility will be to manage the scope and execution of all testing procedures.

• Define the exact scope of tests based on project requirements and specifications.
• Establish testing priorities according to risk and business needs.
• Estimate required resources and time for testing across project phases.
• Identify potential risks related to software quality and manage them proactively.
• Communicate regularly with project stakeholders regarding test progress and deliverables.
• Supervise the creation of testing documentation, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Manage remediation activities for critical defects during testing phases.
• Optimize testing processes and methodologies for maximum efficiency.
• Conduct retrospectives post-testing to identify strengths and areas for improvement.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in testing within the banking sector.
• Experience with card systems testing and payment systems.
• Knowledge of banking system migration projects.
• Familiarity with the VISIONA card management system is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with automated testing tools.
• Knowledge of agile methodology.
• Technical background in software development.
