Test Coordinator and Operational Support

Introduction & Summary: The role of Test Coordinator and Operational Support is crucial in managing external and internal penetration tests effectively within a dynamic cybersecurity environment. The ideal candidate will showcase proficiency in English and a minimum of one year’s experience in international settings. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills while being adaptable to a fast-paced workload.

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinating internal and external penetration tests.

• Facilitating proposal meetings, kick-off meetings, and report presentation meetings.

• Registering test reports, risk acceptances, dispensations, and other deviations.

• Supporting Applications' Teams, Suppliers, and other internal and external stakeholders.

• Acting as the point of contact for external Suppliers.

Key Requirements:

• Good English skills (written and spoken).

• At least 1 year of experience in an international environment.

• Proficient in setting up and leading meetings.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Capacity to handle high workloads during peak periods.

• Independent work capability alongside teamwork skills.

• Attention to detail, responsibility, and persistence in tasks.

• Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

• Interest in Cyber Security topics and enthusiasm for knowledge expansion in that field.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Cyber Security tools and methodologies.

• Experience liaising with suppliers in a tech environment.
