Test Automation Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain an automated testing framework in Java.
• Implement automated test cases in collaboration with developers, product owners, and business experts..
• Eliminate manual testing and repetitive tasks through automation.
• Gather and manage test data for efficient testing processes.
• Monitor, debug, and document test results.
• Continuously improve automated test coverage to enhance software quality.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in test automation (GUI-based, REST, SOAP).
• Strong Java programming skills and knowledge of object-oriented principles.
• Experience with test management tools (Jira, Bitbucket, Bamboo) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Docker).
• Familiarity with technologies such as Splunk, MQ, REST Services, SonarQube, Kafka, and Playwright (nice to have)
• Basic knowledge of SQL queries.
• Experience with GIT and source code management.
• ISTQB certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Experience working in Agile environments.
