Overview:

We are seeking a Test Analyst with a strong background in loan products, collateral management, and data analysis to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in testing strategy creation, managing testing efforts, and working closely with delivery teams to ensure system capabilities align with business needs. Your skills in SQL querying and proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau will be critical for extracting, analyzing, and validating large datasets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive testing strategies and manage end-to-end testing processes.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract and transform data from large datasets for analysis and validation.
• Understand collateral and liquidity management processes, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Design and execute test cases in an agile environment to ensure system quality and coverage.
• Analyze and validate data across systems for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
• Utilize BI tools like Tableau to interpret and map underlying data to visual reports.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to align testing strategies with system and business requirements.
• Ensure alignment with agile methodologies and maintain stakeholder communication.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of loan products and collateral management processes.
• Expertise in data quality analysis and validation across multiple systems.
• Experience designing and executing test cases in an agile development environment.
• Proven ability to manage and execute testing strategies in fast-paced environments.
