ASAP START

emagine is a high-end professional services consultancy and solutions firm specialising in providing business and technology services to the financial services sector. We power progress, solve challenges, and deliver real results through tailored high-end consulting services and solutions.

We have created a culture of openness and integrity by building genuine and strong relationships and partnerships, enabling us to be uncompromising in our dedication to delivering the optimal service for our clients. Our commitment is not just towards our clients — we aim to foster a positive and equitable working environment with our consultants and colleagues, which stems from our core values: Confident, Dedicated, Responsible, Genuine.

We are seeking a highly organised and technically capable professional to support the final stages of a CRM/CMS implementation project and play a key role in post go-live support.

Initially, you will work closely with the project team during the testing and final implementation phase. This will involve managing the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process, coordinating defect tracking, and ensuring clear documentation across system testing, data migration testing, and UAT activities.

You will collaborate extensively with business users, ensuring testing is conducted effectively and feedback is captured and actioned.

Following system go-live, you will act as the central point of contact between internal teams and external vendors—triaging issues, managing requests, and supporting ongoing system enhancements. You will also assist with defining requirements for new functionality and managing post-launch fixes.

Strong Microsoft Dynamics expertise, UAT management experience, and business analysis capability are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Review and enhance UAT test scripts in collaboration with business users and external vendors

  • Update and actively manage the test plan, including timelines, responsibilities, and execution

  • Maintain documentation and testing records in SharePoint to support ongoing reporting

  • Provide hands-on UAT support, including managing risks, issues, and defect resolution with development teams

  • Analyse system functionality to ensure it supports business processes efficiently

  • Use Power BI to create reporting snapshots from DevOps for UAT progress, risks, and issue tracking

  • Support planning and execution of CMS data migration, ensuring delivery timelines are met

  • Assist with general project administration and reporting activities

  • Deliver post go-live training to internal users and stakeholders

  • Act as the first point of contact for system queries, requests, and minor enhancements

  • Coordinate with external support teams to resolve technical issues efficiently

  • Manage the post-go-live support budget to ensure effective use of vendor support services

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics and website platforms (ideally Kentico CMS)

  • Proven experience in UAT management, including test planning, script writing, and stakeholder engagement

  • Solid business analysis skills with the ability to assess and improve system functionality

  • Strong data handling and analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and Jira

  • Experience with Power BI (and Google Analytics is advantageous)

  • Excellent organisational and documentation skills

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively in a fast-paced project environment

  • Experience supporting project administration and reporting processes
