Technical Project Manager

PROJECT INFORMATION:

• Sector: banking

• Remuneration: up to 140 PLN/h netto + VAT (B2B)

• Work model: Hybrid (2/week in Gdynia)

Introduction & Summary

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with exceptional skills in communication and stakeholder management to oversee the onboarding process of applications related to Identity and Access Management (IAM). The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong technical mindset along with extensive knowledge in access control systems across various platforms. This role is critical in ensuring that all project deliverables align with the strategic objectives of IAM.

Main Responsibilities

The Technical Project Manager will manage the onboardings holistically, addressing any technical issues that arise. Key responsibilities include:

• Track outstanding onboardings and coordinate resolution efforts.

• Drive solutions for complex onboarding cases.

• Support organizational reporting and KPI management.

• Ensure alignment between operational and lead project management.

• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, especially in the Nordic region.

Key Requirements

• Strong technical mindset.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Proven stakeholder management experience.

• Ability to translate technical specifications into actionable project deliverables.

• Deep technical knowledge of access control systems on mainframe, HP Nonstop, and database platforms.

Nice to Have

• Project Management experience.

• Familiarity with Identity and Access Management systems.

• Knowledge of Identity IQ is beneficial.

This position is based in Gdynia, Poland, and requires proficiency in English. The candidate will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure the successful onboarding of applications within the IAM framework.
