Technical Outsystems Content Developer

Job Description:
We're looking for an OutSystems Expert who thrives on deep, hands-on product exploration and architecting that technical understanding into clear, impactful content for other OutSystems developers.

This role blends deep product understanding with strong communication skills. You’ll build your own knowledge of the platform, work closely with product and engineering teams, and create technical content that enables developers to work confidently and effectively.

Main Responsibilities

• Explore the product hands-on to build a solid understanding of how it works and how developers use it in advanced scenarios.

• Create high-impact technical content such as online training and technical documentation.

• Collaborate closely with internal experts to clarify complex topics and translate them into structured, user-centric learning experiences.

• Identify and address knowledge gaps, contributing to content strategy and helping shape the overall developer enablement journey.

• Continuously learn and adapt your understanding as the product evolves, staying in step with new capabilities and use cases.

Key Requirements

• Experience in developing with OutSystems, low-code platforms, or modern cloud-native architectures.

• Experience with Agentic AI systems and a clear understanding of their core components.

• Strong ability to understand complex systems through hands-on exploration, not only through reviews or SME interviews.

• Curiosity, autonomy, and the drive to learn new technologies and learning principles quickly.

• A strong builder/developer mindset, a proven ability to understand and master complex systems through hands-on exploration and implementation, not solely through reviews or interviews.

• Excellent communication skills and a user-first mindset, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to different audiences.

• Some experience or interest in creating technical content (technical documentation or online training) for developers or other technical audiences.

• Familiar with a docs-as-code approach, including authoring in Markdown, collaborating through GitHub, and working in development-friendly environments such as VS Code.

• Familiar with Agile delivery practices and its most common tools (like Jira) and comfortable working in iterative development cycles.

• Awareness of how AI technologies can enhance the creation, organization, and delivery of technical content.

• A shareable portfolio of technical content, for example, Medium, GitHub, other blog posts, etc.
