About the Role
We are seeking a native English Technical Copywriter to develop and maintain all platform-related content. This includes platform copy, user manuals, FAQs, and guided feature walkthroughs/demos. Your work will ensure that our users have clear, accurate, and user-friendly guidance throughout their experience with our platform.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and maintain platform copy across multiple touchpoints.

• Develop and update user manuals, FAQs, and support documentation.

• Create guided feature walkthroughs and demo content.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy.

• Maintain a consistent tone and voice across all platform documentation.

Key Requirements:

• Native English speaker with strong technical writing skills.

• Proven experience in technical copywriting for software or SaaS products.

• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language.

• Experience with documentation and content management tools.

• Previous experience with SaaS, e-commerce, or Adtech is meritorious.
