Job description

We are looking for a new Implementation Consultant for Technical Implementation. We are looking for someone who has good skills in server/client/Intune. This department is part of Customer Transformation. In this position, you will mainly work with major changes and projects related to new and existing customer environments, as well as contribute to the further development of current concepts. Ensure that the server/client/Intune solutions at our customers are set up according to the same standard and are correctly configured.

Main tasks, responsibilities in this position

• Set up new customer solutions.
• Responsible for setup of tools for customer management. 
• Basic setup of customer environments on centralized solutions. 
• Basic setup of client management solutions (Intune or SCCM). 
• Stay updated on market trends and new technology. 
• Provide advice to customers and internally. 
• Maintain dialogue with customers, project managers, administrative staff, and suppliers. 
• Technical clarifications and collaboration with other internal departments. 
• Contribute to the professional and methodological development of the department. 
• Look for improvement opportunities in all customer environments, with a special focus on security. 
• Test/QA, both individual components and complex solutions. 
• Prepare technical solution descriptions/design and documentation according to the department's quality requirements. 
• Handover of projects to Operations (CO). 
• Knowledge in creating High-Level Design and Low-Level Design

Must haves

• Cloud Computing with skills in Microsoft Intune, MDM (Android & iOS), SCCM and Azure

Nice to have

• Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services, Power Apps, Kubernetes, Windows server
