Summary: The Technical SME / Technical Business Analyst will support AI-driven projects within banking, focusing on software solutions. The role emphasizes direct collaboration with technical and business teams to ensure effective delivery of solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with engineering and business teams to support software delivery initiatives.

• Gather, clarify, and translate business and technical requirements.

• Participate in discussions around solution design, workflows, and system integration.

• Support communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Contribute to delivery planning and prioritization activities.

• Work as an active member of the delivery team, supporting day-to-day execution.

• Help ensure alignment between business expectations and delivered solutions.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in the banking industry.

• Experience participating in successful software delivery projects.

• Strong collaboration skills with IT and engineering teams.

• Good understanding of technology concepts and technical communication.

• Ability to work independently with a strong ownership mindset.

• Hands-on and proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with rapid prototyping.

• Ability to build simple solutions using Copilot or AI-based tooling.

• Exposure to AI-driven initiatives or modern software delivery environments.
