Technical Business Analyst

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join a strategic project focused on developing a new financial subledger system. The goal of the project is to enhance the integration of financial and operational systems, ensuring more efficient data management and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., Accounting, Product Control, Trading, IT) to gather and analyze business and technical requirements
• Document business processes, data flows, and system architecture
• Support the integration of financial and trading systems, ensuring data consistency and accuracy
• Develop and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), track issues, and ensure resolution before deployment
• Assist in configuring and customizing systems to align with business needs
• Monitor data quality and implement validation rules for accurate financial reporting
• Support change management by documenting new processes and training users
• Analyze financial reporting processes for compliance and optimization
• Work closely with project management teams to track progress and ensure project milestones are met

Requirements:

🔹 Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Technical Business Analyst in a large-scale project

🔹 Experience in the financial sector, particularly in product control or accounting

🔹 Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting systems

🔹 Strong analytical and documentation skills for business processes and technical requirements

🔹 Experience with system integration and data analysis

🔹 Familiarity with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, BPMN)

🔹 Knowledge of accounting systems and financial reconciliation is a plus

🔹 Ability to work in an international environment and communicate with both technical and business teams

🔹 Proficiency in English for effective communication
