The Technical Business Analyst plays a key role in bridging the gap between IT development teams and business stakeholders within the Finance IT department, ensuring effective communication and alignment on technical solutions that enhance Product Control and Market Risk processes.
- Act as a liaison between Product Control and development teams to ensure alignment on business requirements.
- Develop and deliver training sessions or workshops to upskill developers on financial concepts and Product Control processes.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation (e.g., process flows, glossaries, FAQs) to support knowledge transfer.
- Facilitate regular feedback loops between business and technical teams to refine understanding and improve delivery.
- Design solutions and features to high standards and in a timely manner.
- Provide support to business users, explaining data discrepancies.
- Contribute to the strategic vision for building up product meeting target architecture.
- Contribute to team discussions on development issues.
- Solid experience in business analysis, including gathering and translating requirements.
- Good understanding of Product Control, P&L analysis, and financial instruments.
- Proficiency in SQL and some knowledge of Python or ETL processes.
- Strong communication skills for explaining complex financial concepts.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira/Confluence.
