Overview:

Do you find recruitment interesting and would you like to advise candidates and hiring leaders through the recruitment process? We are now looking for a Tech Recruiter to support and bring value across the different units. Join our Talent Acquisition team, a key operational function, supporting the recruitment needs of the organization. In this role, you will have a direct impact on business success by ensuring we find the right talent to meet our growing needs.

Main Responsibilities:

You will handle recruitments across core markets, dealing with various tasks:

• Conduct start-up meetings with Hiring Leaders

• Provide support in job ad creation

• Attract candidates using diverse sourcing techniques

• Interview and assess candidates

• Order contracts and advise on recruitment matters

• Collaborate across teams to maintain a strong value chain

• Promote diversity and teamwork in recruitment processes

Key Requirements:

• Experience in fast-paced technical recruitment

• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders effectively

• Solid project management and stakeholder management skills

• Relevant educational degree

• Strong communication skills in English

• Willingness to work in a hybrid model (3 days in-office)

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of Talent Intelligence tools, such as LinkedIn Talent Insights
