Tech Lead
Summary: The role of the Tech Lead is pivotal in developing a new digital product aimed at protecting protein-based pharmaceuticals during production by predicting and preventing elevated shear stress levels. This position involves hands-on coding, technical leadership, and team building to ensure the product supports expanding operations globally.
Responsibilities:
Designing and building the MVP architecture using Python, cloud technologies (AWS or Azure), and VueJS or Angular or React.js
Leading and mentoring a small team of developers
Collaborating with statisticians to integrate complex mathematical models into the product
Driving technical decisions under uncertainty and solving problems quickly
Ensuring high-quality releases through modern CI/CD pipelines
Creating a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement
Key Requirements:
10+ years of professional experience
Strong expertise in Python
Solid experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
Experience with VueJS or similar frontend frameworks
Track record of leading software engineering teams
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Nice to Have:
Experience with PaaS services and multi-layered architecture
Strong communication skills for conveying technical possibilities
Curiosity and fast learning ability
Other Details:
Collaboration: Requires on-site presence for team culture; travel to Denmark 2–3 times a year
