Systems Engineer

Hybrid model: 3 days/week in office
We are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer with strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Azure. The role is part of a strategic move-to-cloud program, focused on modernizing existing environments, migrating key services, and supporting the development of cloud-native architecture.
Participate in the migration of Kubernetes environments to GCP, including the design, deployment, and optimization of Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
Implement and configure Service Mesh solutions to enhance service security, resiliency, and observability.
Build and maintain infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices with Terraform.
Work on PaaS, IaaS, and lift-and-shift migration approaches for applications and services.
Contribute to AI-related initiatives in the cloud and collaborate with teams implementing data-driven solutions.
Support cloud architecture design and ensure alignment with best practices in security, automation, and reliability.
Strong hands-on experience with GCP, particularly GKE.
Practical experience with Service Mesh (e.g., Istio).
Proficiency with Terraform.
Good understanding of and experience with Microsoft Azure services.
Background in cloud migration projects (PaaS, IaaS, lift-and-shift).
Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures and containerization.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
Spanish is a significant advantage.
Experience with CI/CD and automation tooling.
Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and logging solutions in cloud environments.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
